基于模型的铁焦强度预测及其控制途径分析

         

摘要

In order to predict ,improve and control ferro‐coke strength ,and also to make clear the effect of various factors on ferro‐coke strength ,systematic study on the effect of various fac‐tors on ferro‐coke strength was carried out by means of 72 runs of test for 6 blending schemes , factors including iron ore powder ratio w ,bulk density d of coal charge ,volatile content w(Vdaf ) and caking index G of coal charge etc .On the basis of the study ,prediction models of ferro‐coke strength were proposed with the 4 factors (w ,d ,w(Vdaf ) ,G) as input variables .The models re‐veal the intrinsic rules of the influence ferro‐coke strength by various factors and suggest optimal values of various factors and make prediction with higher accuracies .And the control measures of ferro‐coke strength were analyzed according to the models .%为了预测、改善和控制铁焦的强度,通过6个配煤方案、72组炼焦试验,系统地研究了铁矿粉配比 w、入炉煤堆积密度 d、入炉煤挥发分质量分数 w (V daf )和粘结指数 G对铁焦强度的影响。在此基础上,以上述4个因素为参数建立了铁焦强度的预测模型。该模型揭示了各因素对铁焦强度的影响规律和各因素的适宜值,预测精度较高;根据预测模型分析了控制铁焦强度的途径。
