基于VC和MATLAB的单梁起重机主梁优化设计

             

摘要

This paper introduces an optimization method by using software MATLAB based on the parametric design for the single beam crank bridge structure of the main girder, because the design process of general method is complex and the designed beam weight is heavy. The mathematical model of constraint condition is established. The integration of VC and MATLAB as a whole realizes the transition from the parametric design to the efficient use of the MATLAB optimization tools to optimize the design. This method eliminates the need to write optimization procedure,it saves time and greatly improves the design efficiency, at the same time it has great significance to the design of the similar crane.%针对单梁起重机桥架结构的主梁设计中,一般方法设计过程繁琐且设计出的主梁自重较大的问题,在参数化设计的基础上提出一种运用MATLAB软件的优化设计方法。该方法将VC与MAT-LAB集成为一体,实现了从参数化设计到利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行优化。这种方法省去了自行编写优化程序,节约时间,大大提高了设计效率,同时对同类起重机的设计具有重大意义。
