改进DPSO算法在数据采集系统信道选择中的应用

         

摘要

针对基于ZigBee的数据采集系统传输数据时容易受到WiFi网络产生的多信道干扰问题,通过同频干扰机制建立干扰矩阵表,以PSO算法为基础,利用实变方式调整惯性权重,引入新的速度更新公式,提出一种基于DPSO与抗同频干扰机制相结合的信道分配方案.定义两种评价函数算法分别为干扰增益最大化和信道公平性原则.通过对比实验得出两种算法各有优势,可以根据实际情况确定算法模式.同时与传统算法相比,新的DPSO算法迭代次数少,收敛速度快,降低了传感器的能耗.从节能角度考虑,更适用于ZigBee数据采集系统.%Aiming at the WiFi network multi channel interference problems during the data transfer process of ZigBee-based data acquisition system,With the establishment of the interference matrix by the same frequency interference mechanism with PSO algorithm as the foundation,the real way to adjust the inertia weight,the introduction of new speed update formula,the channel allocation scheme with combination of DPSO and cochannel interference mechanism is proposed.Two evaluation function algorithm are defined separately for interference gain maximization and channel fairness principle.Through the comparative experiment,the advantages of the two algorithms can be obtained,which can be determined according to the actual situation.Comparing with the traditional algorithm,the new DPSO algorithm has less iteration times,fast convergence rate,thus reducing the energy consumption of the sensor,which is more suitable for ZigBee data acquisition system from the perspective of energy conservation.
