基于数字化车间的中型轴承锻造机械加工系统设计

     

摘要

Aiming at the problems of difficult real-time monitoring material and tracking product information in warehouse, lack of accurate real-time scheduling, planning and material preparation in the process of medium-sized bearing forging, this paper puts forward a digital workshop bearing forging machine processing system.According to the actual needs of component workshop, the workshop, production line, processing unit and operation of the management system based on Internet of Things technology are established.The model realizes the networked information transmission between different levels in the forging process of medium-sized bearings in digital workshop.In the research, the forging process of medium bearing is analyzed, and the structure design of forging process system of medium bearing is put forward.To ensure the efficient operation of forging processing system for medium-sized bearings, and then provide some reference and help for relevant researchers.With the help of this system, the real-time and accuracy of manufacturing data can be improved, and the functions of data acquisition, management and product tracking of medium-sized bearing forging machining in digital workshop can be realized, which will play an extremely important role in future digital production workshop.%针对中型轴承锻造过程中难以实时监测物料和跟踪产品在库信息, 车间调度缺乏准确实时性、计划和备料等问题, 提出了数字化车间轴承锻造机械加工系统, 根据部件生产车间实际需求, 建立了基于物联网技术的管理系统的车间、生产线、加工单元及操作四层模型, 并实现了数字化车间的中型轴承锻造过程中相关生产信息在各层级之间的网络化信息传递.在研究中以中型轴承锻造机械加工系统为核心, 分析了中型轴承锻造加工工艺, 提出了中型轴承锻造工艺系统结构设计.该设计可以保证中型轴承锻造加工系统的高效运行, 进而为相关研究人员提供一定的借鉴和帮助.借助该系统能够跟踪检查与控制, 提高了制造数据的实时性与准确性, 实现了数字化车间的中型轴承锻造机械加工数据采集管理及产品跟踪等功能, 对未来数字化生产车间具有极其重要的作用.
