试析中共与苏共执政的民众基础之差异——基于几个维度的考量

摘要

The Communist Party of the Soviet Union lost its power suddenly. The author thinks the basic reason lies in its ruling People＇s foundation is relatively weak. Though the Communist Party of China faces with lots of challenges, it has powerful life owing to its deep ruling people foundation. Research on the differences of the ruling People＇s foundation between the Communist Party of China and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union＇s, there are several dimensions： the former seized the power is more difficult than the latter; the former ideology is more flexible than the latter; the former treats leader＇s attitude is more dialectical; the former improves the livelihood is more consciously than the latter; the former constructs a clean and honest administration is more effective than the latter.%执政74年的苏联共产党瞬间丧失政权，原因固然很多，笔者认为根源在于其执政之民众基础相对比较薄弱。中国共产党执政后，虽然面临着各种严峻的考验与挑战，但事实证明，中共执政的生命力强大，这得益于其执政之民众基础较深厚。中共与苏共执政的民众基础之差异主要在于：中共夺取政权较苏共艰难；中共的意识形态较苏共灵活；中共对待领袖人物的态度较苏共辨证；中共改善民生的意识较苏共自觉；中共的廉政建设较苏共有成效。
