农民工感知社会支持与宜人性外向性关系

摘要

The study explores the influence of agreeableness and extraversion to perceived social support,by surveying a sample of 480 migrant rural workers through questionnaires.The results show that the current level of perceived social support to migrant rural workers,in which agreeableness and extraversion play significant roles,is high.While agreeableness exercises more influence on perceived social support as a result of interpersonal help,extraversion has more influence on perceived social support from the perspective of the information.The cultivation and development of positive characters help to improve perceived social support.%为考察大五人格中宜人性、外向性对农民工感知社会支持的影响,采取自编感知社会支持情景问卷和大五人格量表对480名农民工进行调查。结果表明：当前农民工感知社会支持水平较高,宜人性和外向性两种人格特质对农民工感知社会支持有重要影响,但宜人性对人际帮助感知社会支持影响较大,外向性对信息帮助感知社会支持影响较大。培养和发展积极的人格品质可以有效提高感知社会支持水平。
