国内外城乡一体化发展模式研究综述及启示

摘要

Researches about the development modes of city and countryside integration indicate that city and countryside integration is a necessary stage during the development of a country, and it is also the ultimate result of urban development and rural development. By sorting out the development modes from inside the country and abroad, the paper lists the experiences and enlightenments that may facilitate the city and countryside integration in China: the process of city and countryside integration is a long-term and systematic project; the central government must take the whole situation into consideration, and make the top-level design properly, while the local governments should adjust measures to local conditions, plan scientiifcally and implement strictly. Only in this way can we ifnd a city and countryside integration pathway that suits the local conditions.%国内外城乡一体化发展模式的研究表明，城乡一体化是每个国家发展到一定程度后必须要经历的一个阶段。通过对国内外发展模式的梳理，得到一些有利于我国城乡一体化发展的经验和启示：城乡一体化发展是一个长期工程、系统工程，中央政府必须统筹全局、做好顶层设计，地方政府必须因地制宜、科学规划并严格执行，才能走出一条符合当地实际的城乡一体化道路。
