Lu Xun used metaphor and symbolism artistic technique to express his deep feelings of the individual life experience and the social condition at that time in“The farewell video”. The length is not long, but it contains Lu Xun’s strong personal emotions. At the same time, the author showed incisive depiction of his inner loss and the survival dilemma of the twenty intellectuals represented by the author.%《影的告别》一文中鲁迅采用隐喻和象征等艺术手法，表达了作者对个体生命的体验以及对当时社会状态的深刻感受。篇幅不长，但却蕴含着鲁迅浓厚的个人情感。同时，作者将内心的彷徨以及以作者为代表的20世纪20年代知识分子的生存困境表现得淋漓尽致。
