波纹腹板钢梁抗弯性能数值模拟分析

         

摘要

The flexural performance is a hot spot in the research field of corrugated web steel beams.Despite quite a lot of systematic research in this area,there are few studies about the factors of pure bending and the pure bending is closely related to bending properties.In order to clarify the influence of the length of pure bending section on the flexural behavior of steel beams with corrugated webs,the finite element software ANSYS was used to establish the model of steel beam with corrugated web,the rationality of the numerical modeling method was verified through the comparison of the experimental results from the failure mode,stress development and stress distribution,etc.On the basis of the above,by changing the length of the pure bending section and calculating the bending moment of the steel beam with corrugated web,the results show that:The bearing capacity of steel beam with corrugated web is higher,the bearing capacity and the ability to resist deformation increase with the increase of the length of pure bending section,and the bearing capacity is also related to the position of the load,which should be avoided at the top of the web's wave bending position.It is suggested that this phenomenon should be well noticed in practical engineering.%为了明确纯弯段长度对波纹腹板钢梁抗弯性能的影响,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立波纹腹板钢梁模型,通过从构件破坏模式、受力发展、应力分布等方面与相关试验结果作对比,验证了数值建模方法的合理性,在此基础上,改变纯弯段长度,对波纹腹板钢梁进行参数化抗弯分析.结果表明:波纹腹板钢梁承载力较高,承载力和抗变形能力随纯弯段的增加有相应增长,且承载力还与荷载施加位置有关,应尽量避免在腹板波浪弯折处上方施加荷载.
