诱发典型小流域洪水的雨量阈值研究——以安昌河流域为例

         

摘要

In order to determine the threshold of rainfall that may cause flood peak of Anchang River wa-tershed in small watershed,based on the watershed characteristics of Anchang River,the catchment area was selected and the rainfall of catchment area was calculated. By analyzing the historical rainfall data, historical water level and historical traffic data of Anchang River,the relationship between the water level (and flow)and the sliding surface of river catchment area 1 day,2 days,3 days,10 days and 30 days was discovered. The results show that the water level and flow rate are positively correlated with the rain-fall time. The inducing peak water level in Anchang River is greater than or equal to 92 m,the daily rain-fall threshold of 1 day with a peak flow rate greater than or equal to 650 m3/s is 58.8 mm.When the daily rainfall of the area is greater than or equal to 58.8mm,the flood forecast should be issued in advance and the countermeasures should be taken.%为了确定可能引发小流域安昌河流域洪水峰值的面雨量阈值,根据安昌河流域的流域特性,选取流域汇水区,计算了流域汇水区面雨量;通过分析历史降雨数据和安昌河历史水位、历史流量数据,找出了安昌河流域水位和流量分别与流域汇水区的1,2,3,10,30 d的平均滑动面雨量的相关关系.结果表明:流域水位和流量均与流域面雨量时间呈正相关性;诱发安昌河流域水位峰值≥92 m,流量峰值≥650 m3/s的1日面雨量阈值为58.8 mm;当该区域日面雨量≥58.8 mm时,应提前发出洪水预报,采取应对措施.
