液流旋启式止回阀阀内流场数值模拟

         

摘要

In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the flow swing check valve in engineering prac-tice,and the vibration,noise and disc movement characteristics,the computational fluid mechanics meth-od was adopted to establish the disc motion model and the three-dimensional geometry model,and the simulation calculation of the valve disc movement characteristics and flow field changes in the opening, stable and closed stage was carried out. Through the visualization study,the velocity vector diagram, pressure cloud diagram and the movement curve of the valve disc were obtained. The numerical simulation results show that the valve disc rotation causes an imbalance in the radial force due to the internal struc-ture of the flow swing check valve,and the maximum flow velocity increases continuously with the linear increment of the inlet pressure,and the flow velocity increases with the inlet pressure,accompanied by the vibration and noise of the outlet. The valve is in full open position when the valve is in full swing,and the maximum pressure distribution area is located at the bottom of the check valve. When the inlet pres-sure decreases at the closing time,the valve closes and the valve outlet causes eddy current,resulting in vortex and water shock. The simulation results provide a reference for the design and optimization of the structural parameters of the hydraulic swing check valve.%为了研究液流旋启式止回阀在工程实际中的动态特性以及产生的振动、噪声及阀瓣运动特性,采用了计算流体力学方法建立阀瓣运动模型和三维几何模型,对其在开启、稳定、关闭阶段的阀瓣运动特性与流场变化情况进行仿真计算,通过可视化研究,获得阀内流场的速度矢量图、压力云图以及阀瓣的运动曲线.数值模拟结果表明:由于液流旋启式止回阀自身结构问题,阀瓣旋起造成径向上受力不平衡,开启时流速较大区域位于阀瓣四周缝隙处,最大流速随着进口压力的线性递增不断增加并以射流的形式往出口喷出,伴有振动和噪声;稳定工作时,阀瓣旋启,阀门处于完全开启状态,流道畅通,最大压力分布区域位于止回阀底部;关闭时进口端压力减小,阀瓣自重导致阀门关闭,阀门出口处产生涡流,造成涡动与水击.模拟研究结果可为液流旋启式止回阀的结构参数设计和优化提供参考.
