癫痫宁联合单种抗癫痫西药治疗癫痫的疗效评价

摘要

目的：通过对癫痫宁联合单种抗癫痫西药治疗癫痫的研究进行统计分析，进一步评价中西药联合使用对癫痫的治疗作用。方法计算机检索自2000年至2014年，关于癫痫宁治疗癫痫的随机对照临床试验，并采用Revman 5.1软件对纳入的研究进行分析。结果本研究纳入3个研究，结局指标为服药后1个月、2个月、3个月的癫痫发作严重程度积分值和3个月后的临床症状疗效，Meta分析结果显示：癫痫宁联合单种西药治疗组1个月、2个月的癫痫发作严重程度积分值与单种抗癫痫西药组比较差异不具有统计学意义[SMD（95％CI）值分别为0（-0.23～0.23），-0.07（-0.3～0.16）]，而在3个月时差异具有统计学意义[SMD（95％CI）值-0.42（-0.65～-0.18）]；前者在3个月后的临床症状疗效与后者比较差异同样具有统计学意义[RR（95％CI）值为1.73（1.16～2.56）]。结论癫痫宁联合单种抗癫痫西药能改善癫痫患者的症状，值得进一步临床推广。%Objective To evaluate the therapeutical effect of integrated using of traditional chinese and western medicine by sta -tistical analysis to researches about the combination of Dianxianning and singal western medicine for epilepsy .Methods Searching for the Randomized controlled trials ( RCTs) of Dianxianning for epilepsy from 2000 to 2014.Studies meeting the quality standard are analyzed by the software of Revman 5.1.Results Three trials were discovered in total evaluating the stroke severity score of seizure after 1month,2months,3months and clinical curative effect after 3months.Meta analyses showed that the disparity between the combi-nation group and the single drug group in the stroke severity score of seizure after 1month,2months are insignificant ,the value of SMD(95%CI) are 0(-0.23~0.23) and -0.07( -0.3~0.16) respectively.However,the stroke severity score of seizure and clinical curative eff-ect after 3months is significant,the value of SMD(95%CI) is -0.42( -0.65~-0.18)and RR(95%CI)is 1.73(1.16~2.56).Conclusion The combination of Dianxianning and single western medicine can improve the symptom of pa-tients suffering epilepsy and deserves further clinical promotion.
