高职商务英语专业工学结合人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘要

以高职商务英语专业人才培养模式为研究对象, 以广州铁路职业技术学院商务英语专业人才培养模式为个案, 对珠三角地区高职商务英语专业建设与发展, 从人才培养模式改革、 专业课程设置、 课堂教学模式改革、 学生学习质量评价改革、 实践教学模式构建、 教学团队建设等进行全方位的研究, 实践和探索在高职院校商务英语专业实施 "学商一体、 行业先导" 的工学结合人才培养模式.%On the basis of the talents training mode of work-integrated learning of business English major in higher vocational colleges , the paper discusses the construction and development of business English major in higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta from the reform of talents training mode , professional curriculum , the reform of classroom teaching mode , students'learning quality evaluation , the construction of practice teaching mode and teaching team exemplified by the talents training mode of business English major in Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic .It explores and practices the talents training mode of work-integrated learning of "Integration of English learning and business practice , Led by industries and enterprises" for business English major in higher vocational colleges .
