北海文昌鱼雄鱼群体繁殖特性研究

             

摘要

[Objective]The object of this experiment was to study the gonad development process and reproductive behaviour of male Branchiostoma belcheri Cray population in Beihai sea area, Guangxi. [ Method ] Branchiostoma belcheri Gray was sampled from their population in Beihai coast of Gangxi and surveyed continuously for 3 years. The body weight and length , ovary size and gonadosomatic index (GSI) of each sample were recorded. Additionally, the gonad of male Branchiostoma belcheri Gray was used f'or microscopic observations. [Result ]The spawning period of male Branchiostoma belcheri Gray population in Beihai was recorded to be started from last ten days of March, and attained its peak from May to June , and ended up by the end of July each year. The suitahle water temperature f'or gonad development of male ranged from 25.0 to 27.0℃. The testis development of male Branchiostoma belcheri Cray in Beihai could be divided into 5 phases of spermatogenesis, viz. , spermatogonia period, proliferation of spermatogonia, spermatocytes growth period, abnormality of spermatid and sperm maturity period. The sperm cell development in male Branchiostoma belcheri Cray population was found significantly asynchronous among and hetween individuals , while they could mature intensively and synchronously in a short time during reproductive peak season. [Conclusion]The present study elucidated the reproductive behaviour and gonad development in male Branchiostoma belcheri Gray population in Beihai sea area, Guangxi, which will help in studying the resources protection and artificial reproduction of Branchiostoma belcheri Gray in Beihai, Guangxi.%[目的]了解广西北海海区文昌雄鱼性腺发育规律和繁殖生物学特性.[方法]对广西北海海区文昌鱼进行连续3年的跟踪采样和观测,分别测定北海文昌雄鱼群体的体重和成熟系数(GSI),并对雄鱼精巢组织切片进行连续显微观察.[结果]北海海区文昌雄鱼繁殖季节从每年3月开始,5~6月为繁殖盛期,7月后繁殖基本结束;雄鱼性腺发育的适宜水温为25.0~27.0℃;其精巢发育分为初始期、细胞增殖期、细胞生长期、细胞变态期和精子成熟期5个时期;精子细胞具有在个体内和个体间发育不同步、但在繁殖高峰期能够相对同步成熟的特点.[结论]初步掌握了北海海区文昌雄鱼的繁殖特性和性腺发育规律,为今后开展天然海区北海文昌鱼资源保护和人工繁殖研究奠定了基础.
