大百合与百合属优良品种杂交试验

         

摘要

[目的]通过优良品种杂交试验,旨在获取大百合(Cardiocrinum giganteum)与百合属(Lilium)其他品种杂交种子,从而选育出大小适宜、适应性强、与大百合交配亲和力较强的杂交花卉新植株.[方法]进行花粉培养液对比试验,检测花粉生活力;以野生的大百合为母本,与百合属的多个优良品种杂交,筛选与大百合交配亲和力较强的百合属亲本.[结果]最能促进百合花粉萌发的培养液为5%蔗糖+0.01%硼酸的混合液;切花插水保养和低温环境有利于百合花粉的保存.[结论]大百合与百合属间杂交成功是可行的;‘贵族’(Lilium spp.‘Noblesse’)和‘西伯利亚’(Liliumspp.‘Siberia’)两个百合属品种与大百合交配亲和力较强,均可形成较饱满的杂交种子.%This research obtained the hybrid seeds of Cardiocrinum giganteum and Lilium through the hybridization test for excellent lily varieties in order to select the appropriate flower size, healthy adaptability, and strong mating affinity for new lily varieties. [Method]Through the culture medium contract test for pollen, the pollen viability was detected; then, using the wild Cardiocrinum giganteum as female parent to cross with fine Lilium varieties, the excellent hybridization varieties were selected and screened to determine the Lilium parents with the best mating affinity. [Result] From research analysis, the optimal lily pollen germination medium was 5% sucrose+0.01% boric acid mixture, and cut-lily arrangement under water maintenance and low temperature environment were also favorable for lily pollen preservation. The conventional pollination method, or style cutting method, was the most successful and feasible method for lily hybridization. [Conclusion ]The two lily varieties, Lilium spp. 'Noblesse' and Lilium spp. 'Siberia', displayed the best mating affinity; as a result, both varieties could product full hybrid seeds.
