开放的物资供应管理模式研究

摘要

Scientific management methods of materials supply can effectively reduce the stock,speed up the purchase funds turnover and improve the quality of the purchased goods. It is becoming a new growth point of economic benefits. It is important to build an open model of goods and materials supply as a foundation for applying the scientific management methods of materials supply. Based on the model and the function of market condition information and supply chain management, the paper makes a further study of the open model of goods and materials supply.Some feasible suggestions are offered and applied to materials supply management information system.%科学的物资供应管理方法能够有效地降低库存量，加快采购资金周转速率，提高采购物资的质量，正逐步成为新的经济效益增长点。建立开放的物资供应管理模式，是推行科学的物资供应管理方法的重要前提。本文以商情信息管理模式和功能、供应链管理方法的实施为出发点对开放的物资供应管理模式进行了深入系统的研究，为开放的物资供应管理信息系统的研制与开发提供了可行的方案，并将构造的管理模式应用到物资供应管理信息系统中。
