加强环境建设保护文化名城--南京城市建设的规划与落实问题

南京是国务院首批公布的中国历史文化名城之一，在漫长的历史中先后有10个朝代、政权在这里建都立国，地面和地下文化遗产十分丰富。加强环境建设，保护、开发和利用好南京的文化资源，不仅是现代城市规划、建设和管理的重要内容，而且是促进城市可持续发展的重要动力之一.%Nanjing is among the first batch of "famous historical and cultural cities" in China defined byChina's State Council. Thanks to the long history of being capital in ten dynasties and regimes ,Nanjing en-joys rich resources of historical relics above and under ground. To intensify environmental progress,proper-ly exploit and utilize the resource of historical relics are not only an important part of a moderu city's plan-ning,construction and administration, but also an important driving force of a city's sustainable develop-ment.
