目的：探讨布地奈德混悬液喷喉对于喉罩拔除后咽痛的疗效。方法：将90例使用喉罩的妇科和乳腺外科手术的患者，随机分为布地奈德组（ A组，n＝30）、生理盐水组（ B组，n＝30）和利多卡因组（ C组，n＝30）。患者完全清醒拔除喉罩后A组给予布地奈德混悬液1 ml（内含布地奈德0．5 mg）＋生理盐水1 ml喷喉，B组给予生理盐水2 ml喷喉，C组给予2％利多卡因2 ml喷喉。分别记录喉罩置入的次数，喉罩置入至拔除时间，喉罩拔除后1 h（T1）、4 h（T2）、12 h（T3）、24 h（T4）的咽喉痛情况和严重程度。结果：3组患者年龄、体重、喉罩置入次数、喉罩置入至拔除时间差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。 A组与B、C两组相比在T1、T2、T3时间点疼痛分级的差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：布地奈德混悬液喷喉对于喉罩拔除后的患者可有效降低术后24 h内咽痛发生率，同时明显减轻咽痛程度。%Objective:To observe the effect of budesonide suspension spray to the throat sore after the removal of the laryngeal mask .Methods:Ninety patients scheduled for gynecological and mammary surgery with the laryngeal mask airway management , were randomly assigned into three groups: the budesonide group ( group A, n=30 ) , which received 1 ml budesonide suspension ( containing 0 .5 mg budesonide ) and 1 ml physiological saline spray;saline group ( group B, n =30 ) , which were given 2 ml physiological saline throat spray; and lidocaine group (group C, n=30), which were administered with 2 ml 2% lidocaine spray.All the spray was given after the removal of laryngeal mask when the patients were fully awake .The number of attempts required until successful laryngeal mask insertion , the time course from LMA insertion to removal , and the severity of throat sore at 1 h ( T1) , 4 h ( T2 ) , 12 h ( T3 ) and 24 h ( T4 ) after the removal of LMA were obtained .Results: There's no significance of age , weight , the number of attempts required until successful laryngeal mask insertion and the time course from LMA insertion to removal among the three groups statistically ( P>0 .05 ) .Significantly decrease of throat sore in group A was observed at T 1, T2 and T3 compared to goup B and C ( P<0.05) .Conclusion: The incidence and severity of throat sore after removal of LMA were significantly decreased with the administration of budesonide throat spray within 24 hours postoperatively .
