食管癌患者围术期不同营养支持方式的临床观察研究

     

摘要

目的:探讨食管癌围术期联合肠内肠外营养和单纯肠内营养支持的应用疗效.方法:将80例食管癌患者随机分为联合肠内肠外营养组(A组,40例)和单纯肠内营养组(B组,40例),比较两组患者营养指标、血清指标及术后并发症等.结果:A组患者在体质量(BW)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TF)、三酰甘油(TG)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG)以及肠道功能恢复时间等均好于B组(P<0.05).结论:食管癌患者术后联合肠内肠外营养较单纯肠内营养能更好地改善营养状态,促进胃肠功能,提高机体免疫功能.%Objective:To explore clinical effects of enteral and parenteral nutrition support for patients with perioperative esophageal cancer.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into enteral and parenteral nutrition group A (40 cases),enteral nutrition group B (40 cases).The nutritional index,serum index and complications of patients after operation among two groups were compared.Results:The level of perioperative body weight (BW),albumin (ALB),prealbumin (PA),transferrin (TF),triglycerides (TG),immunoglobulin A (IgA),immunoglobulin G (IgG) and the recovery of bowel movement in group A were better than those of group B (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The enteral plus parenteral nutrition support for perioperative esophageal cancer patients is better than enteral nutrition,which can improve nutritional condition,promote gastrointestinal function,increase immunity.
