具有高品质因子的光子晶体环形腔柔性调控研究

     

摘要

The photonic crystal(PhC) cavities with whispering-gallery mode have got more attention by researchers.For increasing the effect of confinement of light in cavity,the second round air-holes of the H2 photonic cavity,which had been already optimized the first round air holes,was further optimized and quality-factor (Q) was improved above 60%.The effect of confinement of light by round air-holes structure conflict with the effect by photonic crystal was found by researching the third and fourth round air-holes structures.The Q does not always increase with the rounds increasing by round air-holes structure.%环形腔由于有独特的回音壁模式将光场限制在环形区域内而受到广泛关注.为了提高其对光的约束能力,文中在内环优化的H2环形腔基础上,通过进一步优化柔性调节第二环,使品质因子(Q)提高60%.在调整优化第三环和第四环空气柱到圆环位置时发现,空气柱环形分布结构的囚光作用与光子晶体结构的囚光作用存在竞争关系,环形腔品质因子并不随空气环的层数增加而变化.
