The minimization of maximum deviation out of mechanisms synthesis is converted to nonlinear program with a continuous parameter. The barrier method with integral panalty-type function is introduced, numerical gradient and integral of the function are set up. finally, the paper presents application cases of four-bar function generator and inertia force balance.%将机构综合中的最大偏差最小化设计问题转化为一个具有连续参数的非线性参数规划问题,然后构造了积分形式的惩罚函数,导出了该惩罚函数中的积分及导数的数值计算表达式。并以函数发生机构及机构惯性力平衡为应用实例加以说明。
