基于DSP机械密封监控系统

         

摘要

机械密封是机械设备防止泄漏、节约能源、控制环境污染的重要功能基础件,普通机械密封自适应能力差、寿命较短,发展可控机械密封是保证设备长周期安全运转的迫切要求。在分析了国内外在机械密封监控系统研究现状的基础上,设计了机械密封监控系统,该系统在硬件上采用DSP,在软件上采用先进的智能控制算法。它可以以一种预程序化受控方式对密封的工作条件和环境的变化作出快速的反应,使机械密封在满足泄漏量、温度、磨损率等反馈参数的要求下,处于最佳的工作状态,从而提高机械密封的可靠性并延长其寿命。%Mechanical seals play an important role in preventing leakage,energy conservation and controlling environmental pollution.Ordinary mechanical seals cannot meet the requirement of long-term continuous operation because of poor adaptive ability and short lifetime.It is necessary to develop controlled mechanical seals.In this paper,based on analysis of research on monitoring systems of mechanical seals at home and abroad,a monitoring system of mechanical seal is developed,in which DSP and advanced intelligent control algorithms are used.The mechanical seals with the monitoring system can adapt quickly to changes of working conditions and environment and locate in the best working state satisfying requirements of feedback parameters,such as the leakage,the temperature and the wear rate.Thereby the reliability of mechanical seals is enhanced and the lifetime is prolonged.
