社会工作在满足老年人发展性需求方面的介入——基于对平江区L社区的调查

摘要

Under the background of increasingly serious aging trend, the topic of meeting the developmental needs of the aged has been under heated discussion. This article takes L community in Pingjiang District, Suzhou City as a case, and draws the conclusion that developmental demand of the aged is affected by the factors such as the economic condition, physical condition and social support network. Through the actual intervention and evaluation in case, group and community social work, the author believes that social work intervention in meeting the developmental demands has feasibility and effectiveness.
