信息不对称视域下地方政府公信力的提升路径

摘要

地方政府公信力多年来饱受诟病, 其提升路径更为各界所关注. 以信息不对称理论的视域,文章提出了利用信号传递机制和信号甄别机制有效地构建激励机制, 建立多渠道的信息平台, 消除信息不对称, 以减少地方政府行政行为中的逆向选择和道德风险, 提升政务透明度, 进而提升地方政府的公信力.%The credibility of the local government is questioned by the public recently years ,the measures to promote the credibility is focused by all sectors of the community .The paper proposes that signal transduc-tion mechanism and signal discrimination mechanism can be used to enhance the credibility of the local gov -ernment in the view of information asymmetry .The Concrete solutions includes building multi -platform of in-formation ,enhancing the transparency of government affairs .The target is to eliminate the information asymme-try so that the moral hazard and selection adverse can be maximally avioded .
