心理危机干预技术对急诊急性创伤患者心理状况的影响

摘要

Objective To study the influence of psychological crisis intervention technology in emergency patients with acute trauma . Methods 120 cases of acute trauma patients were treated by psychological crisis intervention technology .To used the HAMA and HAMD to campare the effect before and after the intervention . Results After the intervention ,the incidence of anxiety and depression in patients was significantly lower ,and the degree was significantly reduced . Conclusion Psychological crisis intervention technology can promote physical and mental rehabilitation in patients with acute trauma ,and establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and pa-tients .%目的 研究心理危机干预技术对急诊急性创伤患者的心理影响.方法 采用心理危机干预技术对120例急诊急性创伤患者进行干预 ,并使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)在干预实施前后测评患者的心理干预效果.结果 实施心理危机干预后 ,患者焦虑抑郁的发生率明显降低 ,程度明显减轻.结论 心理危机干预技术能促进急性创伤患者的身心康复 ,有利于和谐护患关系的建立.
