国有企业危机管理与思想政治工作创新

         

摘要

新媒体时代,企业的危机管理面临新的挑战。在信息传播模式发生深刻变革的背景下,国有企业如何通过思想政治工作创新从容应对危机挑战,成为国有企业管理中日益受到广泛关注的重要课题。本文分析了新媒体背景下国有企业危机管理的特点以及思想政治工作对危机管理的意义,提出了面向危机管理的思想政治工作创新,并指出在思想政治工作创新中必须始终坚持正确的政治方向。%Businesses are facing new challenges in crisis management in the new media era. In the context of profound changes in information dissemination modes, how to handle with ease the crisis challenges through innovating ideological and political work has become an important issue that attracts increasing attention in the management of state - owned enterprises. The paper analyses the characteristics of crisis management of state - owned enterprises in the new media era and the value of ideological and political work to crisis management, following which it proposes the ways to make innovations in ideological and political work and points out the correct political direction that should be consistently adhered to while working on the innovations.
