This paper offers an analysis of the similarities and differences of some typical enterprises in five fields, i.e. training management systems and mechanisms, training systems management, training program implementation management, curriculum system building management and management of teaching faculty cultivation, in an effort to explore the strategies for standardized management of training in SINOPEC.
