企业集团集中销售模式下的团队建设

         

摘要

Today when economy globalized, as an important force to promote economic development, enterprise group needs further speeding up optimization of structure and deepening recombination of resources. Through construction of mode of central marketing, we can overcome the shortcomings that the branch company operates by himself so as to play the superiority of unit marketing, while group construction is an effective approach to realizing the target of central marketing. To reform organization of central marketing, we should pay more attention to design of organization structure, construction of enterprise culture, reconstruction of marketing business flow, construction of performance examination, oriented by human, strengthen group construction, improve optimization of resources arrangement and efficiency, thus we can elevate the core competition force of the enterprise.%在经济全球化的今天,企业集团作为推动经济发展的重要力量,需进一步加快结构优化和深化资源整合。通过建立集中销售模式,解决各分(子)公司各自为战等弊端,以发挥整体营销优势,而团队建设是实现集中销售目标的有效管理途径。进行集中销售的组织变革,重点应围绕组织结构设计、企业文化建设、营销业务流程再造、绩效考核体系的建立等方面进行,以人为本,加强团队建设,强化资源的优化配置和效率,从而提高企业核心竞争力。
