国企基层党组织书记素质能力的培养与提升

摘要

党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。新形势下，国有企业基层党组织书记队伍的素质能力关系企业改革、发展、稳定的工作成效。分析当前国有企业基层党组织书记队伍存在的共性问题，结合新时期党建工作对国有企业基层党组织书记素质与能力的要求，阐述培养和提升其四项综合素质、六项履职能力的方向与目标。%Party organization at root levels is the foundation of all work and fighting force of the Party. Under new situations, the quality ability of Party Secretary at root levels in state owned enterprise relates to work performance of reform development stability. We analyzed common problems existing in Party secretaries at root levels in stateowned enterprise, illustrated directions and targets of cultivating and improving four comprehensive qualities, six abil ities of carrying out duties.
