天然染料大黄在莫代尔纤维上的染色工艺研究

             

摘要

In order to achieve more yellow Modal fabric with deeper color and higher fastness by Rhubarb dye, this thesis investigates the influence of metal-ion on natural dye Rhubarb and the effect of the dyeing parameters on the dyeing effect of Modal fabric, tests the anti-ultraviolet property of the dyed Modal fabric and optimizes the dyeing process. The research shows that the effect of Al3+ ions on the color of the natural Rhubarb dye is very small, and the Fe2+ ions have slight hyperchromic effect of on the natural Rhubarb dye liquor. In addition, the Modal fabric dyed with Al3+ mordant can achieve good dyed effect, and the Modal fabric dyed with Rhubarb dye has anti-ultraviolet property. The optimum process of pre-mordant dyed with Rhubarb dye aluminum is that the bath ratio is 1 '. 25, the concentration of aluminum mordant is 1.6 g/L, the concentration of the Rhubarb dyestuff is 20 g/L, pH value is 5, and the dyeing temperature is 100 ℃.%以大黄染料染得更黄、颜色越深、牢度更好的莫代尔织物为出发点,研究了金属离子对天然染料大黄染液的影响和染色工艺参数对莫代尔染色效果的影响,测试了染色莫代尔织物的防紫外线性能,并优化了染色工艺.结果表明:Al3+对大黄染液颜色影响很小,Fe2+对大黄染液只有轻微增色作用.Al3+用于莫代尔织物媒染具有良好的染色效果,大黄染色莫代尔织物具有抗紫外线性能,大黄染料金属铝预媒染的最佳工艺为:浴比1∶25,媒染剂质量浓度1.6 g/L,植物染料质量浓度20g/L,染液pH6,温度100℃.
