基于因子分析法的衬衫面料性能整体评价

摘要

随着人们对于服装质量的要求越来越高，面料作为影响衬衫质量和档次的重要因素，已成为人们选择衬衫时的主要参考依据。衬衫面料性能的整体评价，对生产者和消费者而言变得十分必要。以女士长袖衬衫为研究对象，选择主客观性能指标，建立指标评价体系，并进行实验测试；基于因子分析法对各指标的测试数据进行分析，并针对不同的衬衫面料性能评价结果进行探讨。研究认为，影响衬衫面料的因素客观、具体，证明所选择的评价指标和因子分析法的可行性和科学性。%With an increasing demand for clothing quality, the fabrics, as an important factor influencing the quality and grade of shirts, has become a major reference for people to choose shirts. It has been very necessary for the makers and consumers to know the overall evaluation of its performance. In this paper, the authors choose long-sleeved blouses as the research objects, select subjective and objective performance indexes to set up index evaluation system and carry out experimental test. Based on factor analysis method, all experimental data are analyzed. Accordingly, different shirt fabric performance results are discussed. It can be known that the factors affecting the shirt fabrics are objective and concrete, and the feasibility and the scientific nature of the evaluation index and factor analysis method are proved.
