论情报协同侦查

摘要

无论是“回应型”侦查模式还是“主动型”侦查模式，情报协同侦查都极为普遍，如依靠情报发现犯罪线索、划定嫌疑人范围、转化犯罪证据等等，但情报工作与侦查工作毕竟是两个平等而相对独立的领域，两种工作的基本原理不同且不易笼统化约---情报求时效，侦查求真相，两者在共同应对犯罪的旨趣上形成了触点和交集。从现代社会警察职能分工的视角看，情报协同侦查大致表述了两种工作之间的关系结构。%Whether it is a "response" or "active" mode, the intelligence collaborating with the investi-gation is very common, such as relying on the intelligence to find out crime clues, designating the limits of suspects, transforming crime evidence and so on. But both the intelligence and investigation are equal but independent with each other, the basic principles of them are different and uneasy to be generalized - the intelligence requires the timeliness while the investigation requires the truth, both can form into contactor and mixed joint for the response to crime. In modern society, in the perspective of the police, the intelligence collaborating with the investigation shows roughly the relationship between these two structures.
