The construction of the harmonious relationship between the police and the public is the ba-sic party’s requirement to the work of public security, and the important elements in strengthening the police team and improving the police law enforcement. In the historical period of social transition and economic transformation, there are many internal and external problems existing in the relationship between the police and the public. These problems not only have social macro reasons, but also have subjective and objective reasons.
