“新常态”下的中巴贸易结构转型研究

摘要

The trade relations between China and Brazil have experienced a boom in the past ten years,however,as Chinese economy has entered the structural slowdown and as Brazilian e-conomy has suffered a serious downturn,they seem to be caught in a stagnation.After nearly two decades of rapid growth,the “complementary trade”relations between the two are no longer sustainable,and a new breakthrough has to be found.Therefore,China and Brazil should adjust their perspectives to achieve a successful structural transformation of bilateral trade.Under the“new normal”of Chinese economic growth,the two countries should tap the cooperation poten-tial in key areas,aiming the trade diversification and industrial docking,so that a more balanced, mutually beneficial and sustainable “relationship beyond the complementarily”can be built, which serves as a new exemplary model of South-South relationship.%中国与巴西的双边贸易在经历了一个繁荣时期后，随着中国经济的结构性放缓和巴西经济的低迷而陷入了停滞，持续高速发展了近20年的“互补型贸易”关系已不可续。中巴亟需调整思路，找到新的贸易突破点，实现结构转型。在中国经济发展的“新常态”下，两国应努力挖掘关键领域的合作潜力，实现外贸多样化和产业对接，使中巴关系真正成为“超越互补关系”的平衡、互利、可持续发展的新型南南合作关系的典范。
