城镇化背景下如何推动川东丘陵乡镇社会治理--以四川省大竹县庙坝镇为例

The social governance in towns is the key point of urbanization , and the hilly areas are those located between pains and mountains , so the social governance mode will be of much significance to the governance in the Midwest of China .This article probes into the social governance in towns taking Miaoba Town in Dazu County as the exemplar , the discussions in this article also include the useful experiences in economical development , social management , institutional reform in public administration , social un-dertaking and Party building , etc.%乡镇治理是城镇化过程中需要重点关注的内容，丘陵地区是平原与山地的结合部，其乡镇治理模式对中西部而言具有特殊的借鉴意义。本文以四川省大竹县庙坝镇为实例对我国中西部丘陵乡镇基层治理进行探讨，总结该地在城镇化进程中在经济发展、社会管理、行政管理体制改革、社会事业、党的建设等方面的有益经验，为当前城镇化建设的科学发展提供参考。
