By the means of documents, questionnaires, this article makes a study on the PE teaching resources in elementary and secondary schools in Garze Prefecture.The results from the investigation in-clude:backwardness in teaching design, lack of characteristics in curriculum, lowness in Students'inter-est, etc.Therefore, this article also puts forward some suggestions, such as developing the traditional PE teaching resources, adopting Tibetan-Chinese bilingual in PE teaching and so on.All these will make the PE teaching more attractive and interesting as well as benefit the development and inheritance of Ti-betan culture.%运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等对四川甘孜藏区中小学的体育课程情况进行调查分析,发现藏区体育课程设置陈旧、民族特色不突出、学生兴趣较低等现状。建议挖掘民族传统体育资源,藏民族传统体育项目和藏汉双语教学融入学校体育课程,使体育课堂更具生命力、吸引力,既推动了藏民族传统体育的发展,又能很好地保护和传承藏民族文化。
