刘文辉边疆教育思想实践探析--基于《建设新西康十讲》的考察

《建设新西康十讲》是刘文辉于“二刘”大战失败后退居川边一隅，面对地域辽阔、民族众多复杂多变的川边局势的施政总纲，是其治边思想的总结，集中反映了刘氏经营西康的全部理论和实施办法。边疆教育思想作为刘文辉建设新西康“三化政策”、“四力政纲”和“六项任务”重要政治实践。在其边政总纲《建设新西康十讲》得到了全面体现，并取得了一定成效。再次全面考察刘文辉的边疆教育思想，无论是重构这段历史，还是对于当前民族地区教育政策的拟定都具有一定的参考借鉴作用。%Ten Lectures on the Construction of New Xikang is Liu Wenhui 's policy agenda in the area of the central Sichuan after the defeat of the war. It comprehensively reflects the Liu Wenhui's ideas of man-agement of Xikang province. The frontier education thought is implemented in Liu Wenhui's practical con-struction of new Xikang in terms of " three policies", " four political programs" and " six tasks". Comprehensive investigation of liu wenhui 's frontier education thought has a positive effect on both refac-toring this period of history and formulating the current education policy.
