内江市国外松速丰林基地建设回顾与思考

摘要

The rapid-growth and high-yield forest base establishment is a strategic ecological project and is also a basic action that cultivate reserve forest resources rapidly and solve contradictions in timber and the forest product supply and demand.Along with the development of the social economy and the people living standard,accelerating the rapid-growth and high-yield forest base establishment has an extremely vital significance in improving the forestry ecology quality,promoting the rural economy structure adjustment and increasing the farmers＇ income.Through the analysis of the developing process,present situation,and existent problems of the rapid-growth and high-yield forest of overseas pines in Neijiang City,this article proposes corresponding strategies and suggestions in the management system aspect,technical measures and the policy safeguard.%速丰林基地建设既是一项带有战略性,全局性的生态工程,也是迅速培育后备森林资源,解决木材和林产品供需矛盾的根本举措。随着社会经济发展和人们生活水平提高,加快速丰林基地建设对提高林业生态质量,促进农村经济结构调整和农民增收具有重要的意义。本文通过内江国外松速丰林建设发展过程、现状分析基础上,针对存在的问题,从经营体制,技术创新与政策保障等方面提出了相应对策和建议。
