The normal operation and application of the satellite depend on the precise synchronization between the satellite time and the ground time,and the precise synchronization between the satellite time and the ground time is realized by adjusting the time of the satellite through the ground control system.Due to the impact of various factors,the satellite clock in operation on board will be shifted,which can lead to inaccurate of the satellite time.This does not meet the requirements of the normal operation of the satellite and the normal application of the payload.The accurate correction of satellite time involves multiple links. Careful analysis and verification are needed in the whole satellite ground testing process.Similarly,the performance of the satellite and the ground test of the index also need to be carried out under the condition of the satellite ground time difference to meet the design target.This article analyzed the generation principle of satellite time.Based on this,a kind of high precision calculation model of time-delay between the satellite clock and ground clock and the method of time correction were given.%卫星的正常运行和应用依赖于星上时间与地面时钟的精确同步,而星地时间的精确同步是通过地面测控系统对星上时间进行校正来实现的。由于多种因素的影响,卫星在运行中星上时钟会产生漂移,从而导致星上时间不准确,这不符合卫星正常运行和有效载荷正常应用的要求。对星上时间准确校正涉及多个环节,在整星地面测试过程中需要认真仔细分析和验证。同样,整星性能和指标的地面测试也需要在星地时差满足设计指标的状态下进行。针对卫星星上时间产生原理,提出了一种高精度星地时延计算模型和星上时间校正方法。
