某新型自动防暴枪自动机动力学仿真

         

摘要

为了解决某新型自动防暴枪霰弹弹匣供弹难的问题,设计了独特的供弹结构.进行了物理样机试制,开展了实弹试验,验证了结构设计的可行性和工作循环的可靠性.基于SolidWorks三维建模软件和ADAMS/VIEW多体动力学仿真软件,建立了该新型自动防暴枪的虚拟样机模型,进行了自动机工作循环的动力学仿真.对不同枪机框部件质量、导气活塞面积、自动机与机匣摩擦因数和复进簧预压力多种工况下的自动机工作特性进行了研究,为该防暴枪的进一步改进设计提供了依据.%According to current situation that there is not a widely-equipped shot gun capable of providing continuous fire suppression in China,a new type of automatic shot gun is designed.To solve the difficult problem of feeding shotgun cartridge with magazine,a unique feeding structure was designed.The physical prototype was manufactured,and the live-fire test was carded out.The feasibility of the structure design and the reliability of the working cycle were verified.Based on three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks and multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS/VIEW,the virtual prototype model was established.The dynamic simulation of the automatic working cycle and the analysis of the simulation result were carried out.A further study on various conditions of automat was conducted,under different masses of the bolt carrier component,different areas of the piston,different friction coefficients between the automat and the receiver and different preloads of the recoil spring,and it provides the basis for the design improvement of the automatic shot gun.
