Through the analysis of the three performance evaluation model,this paper recognizes their strengths and weaknesses,establishes the navy missile equipment acquisition performance evaluation model,and puts forward the principles of constructing the index system of equipment acquisition,so as to construct the evaluation index system of naval missile equipment acquisition performance.It put forward the method of determining the weight of the index system,and has the implementation of the performance evaluation of missile equipment acquisition of 5 models.The performance results of equipment acquisition related departments have suggested value,which is conducive to improve the performance of equipment acquisition.%通过分析三种绩效评价模型的优势和劣势,从多利益相关主体的角度,建立了海军导弹装备采办综合绩效评价模型;提出了装备采办指标体系构建原则,构建了海军导弹装备采办综合绩效评价指标体系;提出了指标体系权重的确定方法,并对5个型号的导弹装备采办实施了绩效评价,得出了绩效结果,对装备采办相关部门有一定的建议价值,有利于提高装备采办绩效.
