基于服务供应链的“知网”工程运作模式--以广东省清远市数字化社区建设为例

This paper puts forward the goal and content of knowledge network engineering for Qingyuan digital community accord⁃ing to the knowledge characteristics of community management. On the other hand, the paper analyses structure and operation mode of service supply chaln. Based on the clear understanding about the operational process and constitutive components of service sup⁃ply chaln, the paper proposes the structure of the service supply chaln system of Knowledge Network Engineering for Qingyuan City.%根据社区管理的知识化特征，提出了清远市数字化社区“知网”工程的目标和内容。对服务供应链的结构和运作模式进行了分析，在明确服务供应链的流程运作特点和构成要件的基础上，提出了清远市知网工程的服务供应链体系构架。
