橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料室内试验研究

     

摘要

提出采用悬浮-骨架密实结构进行橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料级配组成设计的思路,通过马歇尔试验研究了橡胶颗粒掺量为2%及3%时混合料的体积特性,并对其路用性能和耐久性进行了试验研究.结果表明:悬浮-骨架密实结构设计方法用于橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料级配组成设计是可行的,按此方法设计的混合料具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及耐久性,各项性能指标均满足规范要求.%Suspension-skeleton denseness structure theory is proposed to determine the gradation composition of rubber crumbs modified asphalt mixture, and the volume characteristics of mixtures contain 2% and 3% rub ber crumbs is studied respectively based on Marshall test. Meanwhile, experimental researches on road perform ance and durability are conducted for these two different mixtures. The results show that it is feasible to design rubber crumbs modified asphalt mixtures with the theory of suspension-skeleton denseness structure, and mix tures designed in this way have a good performance in high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resist ance , water stability and durability, and all the performance indicators satisfy the specifications.
