“文化”一词在宪法文本中有详尽的表述，该文概括出“文化”在最高法中的典型涵义，在此基础上勾画出有关文化的制度图谱，进而切入到现代中国的双重任务当中，并承认双重任务前后相续的历史合理性，但终将复合于现代文明共同体的价值目标当中。其一例证不仅在于宪法条款在整体谋篇布局上对现代国家与现代公民的两相安顿，也在于辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的入宪，及其对于现代文明共同体的回应与理解。%The word “culture” is defined in detail in the application of constitutional text. By summing up the typical interpretations of “culture” in the supreme law, this paper sketches out a map of cultural system, and then turns to the dual tasks of modern China, acknowledges the historical rationality before and after the sequential dual tasks, which will eventually compound in the community value goal of modern civilization. The strong point of one example lies not only in the agreement between modern countries and modern citizens in the overall planning of the constitutional provisions, but also in the adoption of dialectical materialism and historical materialism into the constitution as well as its respondence to and interpretation of modern civilized community.
