高职院校学生就业现状分析及高质量就业对策

摘要

高职大学生就业真的难吗?多数学术研究给出了肯定的回答,本文以高职院校学生就业状况为研究对象,以麦可思调查数据为基础,对"大学生就业难"这一命题进行了深入思考,提出"大学生就业难不是难就业,而是难以高质量就业".在此基础上给出了高质量就业的定义和评价标准并分析了当前高职院校毕业生的就业质量,最后,针对高职院校毕业生就业质量不高的问题,从国家和学校两个层面给出了对策.%Is it really hard for vocational college graduates to find a job? Most research results give an affirmative answer. This paper makes a research on the employment of vocational college students. According to the MyCOS survey data,"Having a quality employment, instead of getting a job"is the actual problem facing vocational college graduates. Therefore, this paper offers the definition for a high quality employment and its criteria in determine the quality of vocational college graduates'employment. Finally, in view of the present undesirable employment situation for Chinese vocational college students, some suggestions are proposed.
