高职大学生就业软实力结构实证研究*--基于雇主需求的视角

         

摘要

采用现场招聘会、电子邮件、现场访谈、电话访谈等形式对广东省278家2015年有招收高职大学生计划的企业进行调研,运用统计软件SPSS19.0,对高职大学生就业软实力进行因子分析。分析结果显示,从雇主需求角度来看,高职大学生就业软实力由交流沟通协调能力、开拓创新应变能力、合作组织管理能力、耐挫能力和职业素养5项基本要素组成,高职院校在培养大学生就业软实力的过程中应重点关注职业道德、沟通能力、自我激励、道德修养和倾听能力。%Through talent fair, email, face-to-face interview and telephone interview, a survey was carried out among 278 enterprises in Guangdong that have the plan to recruit higher vocational college students in 2015. The statistical software SPSS19.0 is applied to analyze higher vocational students’ employment soft power. According to the survey result, from the perspective of employer requirements, higher vocational college students' employment soft power consists of five basic elements, namely, communication coordination ability, initiating and innovative ability, cooperation and management ability, frustration resistance ability and professional quality. In the cultivation of college students' employment soft power, higher vocational colleges should focus on qualities such as professional ethics, communication skills, self-motivation, moral cultivation and listening skills.
