汽车制动系的故障树分析

摘要

对某型客车制动系进行故障树分析，有效地分析了系统及零部件的故障模式、故障原因及故障种类，利用早期不交化方法精确地算出了制动系的累积失效概率、事件概率重要度及关键重要度，严格地评价了系统的可靠性，为开展可靠性维修及管理奠定了基础．%Fault forms and fault causes of the system and spares of a certain kind of bus brake system were analysed effectively by FTA. Accumulate fault probability and event importance were calculated accurately with the early stage simplify method. Reliability of system was evaluated strictly. These results sets a foundation for launching reliability maintenance and mangement.
