点接触式密肋复合墙体抗震性能及承载力计算方法

         

摘要

In order to research the work mechanism of multi-seismic defensive lines for multi-gird composite wall structure,a point contact multi-gird composite wall,where RC sash and "X" shape filling block as well as wallboard and external framework are connected at the corner,was proposed.In addition,the experimental study concerning the seismic performance of the point contact multi-grid composite wall was carried out.Through the analysis on the experimental results,the main failure modes and failure process of the proposed wall were studied.Such seismic performance as the hysteretic characteristic,bearing capacity and energy dissipation of the proposed wall was investigated.Moreover,the experimental results of point contact multi-gird composite wall were compared with those of standard wallboard.Meanwhile,the strain of steel bars in the wallboard was analyzed,and the calculation formula for the bearing capacity of point contact multi-gird composite wall was proposed.The results show that compared with the standard wall,the point contact multi-gird composite wall exhibits the slightly lower bearing capacity and energy dissipation performance.Because the transmission path and distribution relation of seismic action between different seismic defensive lines of the point contact multi-gird composite wall are relatively clear and the calculation model for the wall at different stages is simple,the control design of the multi-gird composite wall structure can be realized with the accurate analysis and calculation at each stage.Furthermore,both repair and replacement of the structural components after earthquake are much easier due to the separation of different defensive lines.%为了研究密肋复合墙结构多道防线工作机理,提出了RC框格与X型填充砌块、墙板与外框架在角点处连接的点接触式密肋复合墙体,并对其抗震性能进行了试验研究.通过对试验结果进行分析,探讨了墙体的主要破坏形态和破坏过程,研究了墙体的滞回特性、承载力和耗能能力等抗震性能,并与标准墙板试验结果进行了对比,同时对墙板中钢筋应变进行了分析,提出了点接触密肋复合墙体承载力计算公式.结果表明,点接触式墙体与标准墙体相比其承载力和耗能性能略差,但由于墙体各道防线之间的地震作用传递途径和分配关系相对明确,不同阶段的墙体计算模型比较简单,可以通过对各阶段的精确分析计算实现密肋复合墙结构的控制设计,且各道防线之间的分离更易于结构构件的震后修复和更换.
