In this paper hydrogenation of CO2 to methanol over Cu-ZnO-Al2O3-ZrO2 catalyst was studied.The effect of preparation methods and content of Zr were investigated,and BET,XRD and H2-TPR were applied to character catalyst structure and surface properties.The results showed that the catalyst prepared by parallel flow coprecipitating method was the best one,if Zr content was 1 %,the conversion rate of CO2 reached 21.18 % and the selective of methanol reached 48.39 %.%研究Cu-ZnO-Al2O3-ZrO2催化剂催化二氧化碳加氢合成甲醇的性能,考察制备方法、Zr含量对催化剂性能的影响,并采用BET、XRD和H2-TPR对催化剂进行表征.结果表明:并流共沉淀法制备的含Zr 1%(质量分数)的催化剂拥有最优良的性能,二氧化碳转化率为21.18%,甲醇选择性为48.39%.
