在解剖国外钎焊料BNi-A的基础上,采用“预制母合金+超声气体雾化”工艺技术以及对国产BNi-B及国外BNi-A钎焊料粉末的化学成分、金相组织、粒度分布及固-液相线温度区间对比分析,成功实现相关制粉技术突破与材料国产化,研制出满足技术要求的合金钎焊料粉末.%Based on dissecting the foreign solder BNi-A,the prefabricated master alloy and ultrasonic gas atomization technology is adopted with the comparative analysis of the chemical composition, microstructure, granularity distribution and solid-liquid phase line temperature interval of the domestic solder powder BNi-B and foreign solder powder BNi-A. The breakthrough of relevant powder-fabricated technology and solder materials localization are successfully achieved, and the solder alloy powder which meets the technical requirements is developed.
